El Tifón Kalmaegi pasó a depresión tropical tras dejar 188 muertos y 135 desaparecidos en Filipinas

Las autoridades vietnamitas confirmaron que el ciclón había entrado en la jurisdicción de Laos y que sus vientos bajaron a menos de 50 kilómetros por hora, después de tocar tierra con vientos por encima de los 200 km/h.
